June 14th Stat Changes

Based on feedback from players as well as the newly added bios, I have made the following changes. Both accepted and unaccepted biographies will be adjusted to fit.

Stat cap is now 15. This shouldn't really change anything, until later.

There is a new stat, known as 'stealth'. This will be the main stat for ANBU.

Stealth, Tracking, and Medical are now more specialized. Specifically, you start with 0 in those stats, and need to up them with your 5 points/points taken from elsewhere.
