Koi, is a spoiled, bratty, skinny, lanky, gunfighter. That's as easy as it is. She's short, standing at a mere three feet eleven inches, she has glaring, glossy blue eyes that look almost evil. Which, for all intents and purposes, the child is, spoiled rotten by her parents and her brother.

History ::
Koi was born, lived a few years being a spoiled brat and getting into trouble....

At the age of seven she started ninja academy and was suspended for a year for playing malicious pranks on the other children. During the year she was suspended she met an old codger who had a brilliant idea. This old ninja was determined to use ninja powder to propel projectiles through a metal tube.

Koi took great interest in the idea and became the first Flintlock wielder the ninja world had ever seen. Then, as her ninth birthday hit and the suspension came off of the academy, she rejoined with her newfound weapon and still rather bad attitude.

Mental Qualities ::
Positive :
Lack of Forethought-
Koi doesn't think, and it makes her rather intelligent, she does the first thing that comes to her mind, doesn't over-think ideas and to be honest, really doesn't care. She's very free and shoot first ask questions never.

Overtly Evil-
Koi looks thinks and sounds like a brat, because she is a brat, she has higher confidence than most ninja and people in general cause she thinks she's a criminal mastermind.

Stuntwoman-
Koi likes doing flashy things and mentally each one boosts her self confidence and is quite reckless, but when you have the mind set you are always going to win your mind never brings you down.

Negative :
Lack of Forethought-
Koi doesn't make plans, falls into traps constantly and really doesn't think about what she says or does.

Gunslinger-
Koi is a gunslinger, she randomly starts thinking philosophically about the concept of death when it stares her in the face, she cracks stupid comments and comes off as a dipstick, her brain doesn't think ahead of the moment and close to a deathwish. She is quite literally, and probably, insane.

Evil Overlord-
Koi suffers delusions of grandeur, otherwise known as daydreams where she is an evil overlord ruling the world.... this distracts the hell out of her, did we mention she was insane?

Physical Qualities ::
Positive :
Quick Healer-
Like the rest of Koi's immediate family is filled with Lightning Chakra that mixes with their bloodstream to produce electrical impulses in order to produce more white blood cells and stimulate cell growth.... In other words, she heals moderate and light wounds faster than most people.

Gunslinger-
Koi's hands move as fast as her mouth, while the rest of her body moves at generic speeds, she draws fast, reloads fast and shoots faster. Which is helpful when she fights Taijutsu as well.

Roll With It-
Some of the members of Koi's family developed a unique taijutsu style, it's a style based on being hit and using the momentum of an attack to gymnastically retaliate and disperse the damage by moving with the force of an attack instead of against it.

Negative :
Petite-
Koi is female and on top of it has a petite frame, her bone structure may be solid, however her muscle capacity is very burst and limited. Because of this brutal strikes deal much more damage to her frame.

Weakness Location-
Gunslingers have a huge weakness physically, their hands. Each hand has almost 20 little bones that are brittle, for this reason they try to keep their hands out of fights, otherwise they usually end up easily removed and useless in battle.

Reload!-
Ever timed the time it takes to reload, it's a total killjoy.

Social Qualities ::
Positive :
Common Sense-
Most people didn't pass logic, don't understand the real world, and have no grasp on reality. Luckily, Koi has that little voice inside his head that says that a boiling pot of water is hot, and pressing a button that says “do not press” is not a smart idea. Or, when an obvious trap, is obvious. In other words, she lacks MCS.

Evil Overlord-
Koi is funny, humorous, cause she thinks she's a criminal mastermind. While it scores her some points, most adults just laugh at her.

Extortionist-
Koi doesn't ask for directions or favors, she extorts people. It's actually relatively easy when people think you're a dumb,cute, little girl.

Negative :
Self-Proclaimed Underworld Criminal Mastermind-
That should just about say it, she's crazy... And a lot of people know it, and... because of it a no one really takes her seriously.

Brat-
Koi is kind of a stuck up bratty, snobby little girl. People usually get annoyed very quickly. Once they get passed the “Cute little Girl” and straight into the bratty part.

Shy-
Koi doesn't ask for favors, is not good at asking for help, in fact, she's terrible at any kind of information gathering when she doesn't have leverage for asking. In this case she appears slightly shy when she's not pretending to be a criminal Mastermind.

Flintlock
Koi has a single shot flintlock pistol. After every shot it is required reload, she keeps a specific number of shots on her at all times(Will be designated in a thread) The shot moves as fast as a academy student throwing a throwing weapon. The weapon has a reinforced under-barrel for use as a melee weapon.

Lightning Release: Lightning Touch
By expending a very light amount of chakra. Even a genin can produce a small electrical current going through their hands and discharge it on the first conductor the ninja touches. Lower rank ninja can make use of minor shocks to numb points on opponents extremities while higher level can interrupt electrical signals from the brain.


Taijutsu ::
Taijutsu Style :: The Vow of Siegfried (AKA ROLL WID IT!)
Koi's martial arts style is based off moving with the attacks that impact your body and respond with counter-attacks. This way you use the momentum of the opponents attack to deal counter attacks with larger velocity.

Firearms Style :: Basic Shot
Koi pulls the trigger of her weapon, firing a projectile. The damage, rof and speed are based on the weapon speed

Firearms Style :: Reload
Koi reloads her currently equipped firearm.

Firearms Style :: Fightin' Firearms
Koi may not be adept at using most weapons of the ninja. However, she is very adept with using her firearms as her own improvised weapons.
